James Finlay is organising a Wine Tasting Session for the Friends of St Peters in the Peter Hall on 3rd November from 6-9pm. Come and enjoy a selection of wines, gins and single malt whiskies. Tickets are £10, available from Findlay Wines and the Church Office.
The Advent Fair will take place in the Peter Hall from 10am on the morning of Saturday 2nd December. Please contact Philip Leat (01395 445150) if you can help on a stall, or have an idea for a new stall.
If you could donate a bottle, can, jar or box of chocolates for the bottle stall, please leave it in the marked box in the Choir Vestry - with thanks from Heather and Alan French.
Carol Arnold from the Royal British Legion will give a talk entitled "where your money goes" to the Mothers' Union. All are welcome. To find out more about the Mothers' Union at St Peter's please click here.
Isca Voices is a small choir of ex Girl Choristers from Exeter Cathedral. Isca Band is a group of former Boy Chorister instrumental players. The concert at St Peters will include a wide variety of musical styles from sacred music to popular melodies. This fun evening will raise funds for repairs to the church organ.
Tickets £9 (under 16s free and do not need a ticket) from the Tourist Info Office in Budleigh or from Fran in the church office on Fridays.
